These are the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of ghe-ces electronic ag, Wald.

Art. 1   Scope

The following rules apply to all contracts with ghe-ces electronic ag. Deviating agreements must be in written form.

Art. 2   Offers, contracts, payment and delivery duty

All offers on these websites are subject to change.

The contract is concluded with the customer's order and the order's confirmation (invoice) by ghe-ces electronic ag.

The sale and delivery of the goods shall depend on correct and punctual supply to ourselves. Should a delivery not be possible due to reasons that ghe-ces electronic ag is not responible of, ghe-ces electronic ag has the right to cancel the contract. In such a case, payments already made by the customer will be refunded. Other compensations cannot be claimed.

Art. 3   Prices and payment rules

List prices at the time of order are relevant for the contract.

The prices apply for delivery ex factory, excluding packing and freight charges. The value added tax is included.

Generally, ghe-ces electronic ag only delivers against prepayment.

Art. 4   No set-off and retention

The customer is not allowed to set-off his claims against pecuniary claims of ghe-ces electronic ag.

The customer is not allowed to counter pecuniary claims of ghe-ces electronic ag by retention of goods.

Art. 5   Money back guarantee

The customer has the right to return the watches within 14 days after purchase. Customers outside Switzerland have to get in contact with ghe-ces electronic ag to agree on the mailing options.

Only the watch's price will be refunded. Delivery fees will not be paid back.

The amount will only be refunded if the watch has no traces of usage and is returned in the original packaging.

Art. 6   Guarantee

All watches are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship by our providers. This guarantee does not apply to the battery, band, case or crystals since such items are subject to wear and tear of daily use.

Not covered by the guarantee are defects due to improper usage. The guarantee expires immediately if the watch has been opened.

Obvious defects must be reported within one week after receiving the watches.

If defects are claimed, ghe-ces electronic ag has the right to decide wether the goods shall be replaced, the price shall be reduced or the contract shall be cancelled. The customer has to pay all delivery fees.

Art. 7   Confidentiality

All customer data is treated confidentially. Only the information that is necessary to carry out the transaction is passed on to the post office or the bank.

Art. 8   Communication

Messages have to be written in german or english.

Art. 9   General rules

The relationships between the purchaser and ourselves are subject solely to the laws of Switzerland. Area of jurisdiction is where the main office of ghe-ces electronic ag is located.

Should certain parts of these terms and conditions become null and void, the other terms remain valid.
